Wrestlers are always fun too, Randy Savage, The Heartbreak Kid, and so on.

Everyone as the cover of “Trout Mask Replica”
Each of you could dress as a terrible Halloween “treat” that nobody enjoys receiving, i. e. Bit-o-Honey, orange “Circus Peanuts,” Candy Corn, Necco Wafers, Tootsie Rolls, Chic-O-Stick, an apple, etc.
Specialty Breads. Because now, more than ever, it’s Specialty Breads.
Since it’s the Great Cheesy Movie Circus, different kinds of cheese, naturally! (Jack, Cheddar, Swiss, Brie…)
The characters from the film “Clue” (i.e., not just “Professor Plum,” but “Christopher Lloyd playing ‘Professor Plum’”).
How about the Peanuts gang from “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” All of their costumes or the casts’ favorite characters.
You could be meta and dress as each other’s characters.
Batman villains. One of my coworkers was trying to get people to do this with her (she’s going as Bane), but got no takers.
She would about die if you did this and I got to tell her about it.
But you have to sing, ‘Jingle bells, Batman smells’.
